The spacious Lake House at Willow Point was designed with maximum enjoyment of Lake Buchanan in mind.  Your group will have a wonderful time at this great lake house.

Lake Buchanan is the first and the largest of the six Highland Lakes in central Texas.  The Highland Lakes chain of lakes along the Colorado River start about 85 miles northwest of Austin and go all the way into Austin.

Lake Buchanan is famous for its striped bass fishing and boating.   There are fishing guides that can help you catch your limit.

You can tie up your boats and jet skis at the shore of this lake house.   If you do not have a boat or jet skis, you can rent them locally.

Two Very Large Decks

The Lake House at Willow Point has two very large decks and a large covered patio facing the lake.  The decks are upper and lower decks and have a view of the lake.

Covered Patio

The covered patio has a table with 4 chairs and a picnic table for seating 10 people.  The charcoal barbeque will come in handy for cooking your catch-of-the-day!.

The picnic area is in the spacious back yard which has room for games.   You can easily seat 24 people at the picnic tables.

 

   
Basketball, Volleyball and Horseshoes

Guests will find plenty to do at the lake house beside swimming, wading, fishing and boating.  They can also play basketball, horseshoes and volleyball.

 

Fire Pit

The fire pit is a favorite with guests for evening fun, sitting around the fire while singing, telling stories and roasting marshmallows.  Evenings around the fire pit can create fond memories of the times at the lake.

The Lake House at Willow Point was extensively remodeled in 2007 and is in excellent condition throughout.  Beautiful Austin Stone was used as siding on this  large two-story 3,300 sq. ft. lake house.  The remodeling was done to accommodate large groups comfortably with lots of space.

It offers a view of the lake from the living room, family room, dining room and two bedrooms.

There are three entrances to the home: at the living room, the dining room and an entrance at the master bedroom upstairs.

The living room is very spacious and has seating on two futon sofas and a table with seating for up to 10 people.

Family Room - TV Room

The Family Room - TV Room has a futon, a large flat screen TV with DVD player, a refrigerator and two end tables.  This room is next to the living room.

Dining Room of the Lake House

The dining room is also very spacious.  Three tables will seat up to 26 people.

 

Kitchen of the Lake House

The spacious, modern kitchen has everything you need for your vacation at the lake.  The modern appliances include: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot and toaster.  All dishes, tableware, utensils, pots and pans are provided in the kitchen.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

The tile flooring and tile counter tops add to the attractiveness of the kitchen.

 

Master Bedroom - Upstairs

The upstairs master bedroom has two queen-sized beds and two night stands.   Doors lead out to the large upstairs deck and provide a view of the lake.   Stairs go down from the deck so the doors can be used as a private entrance to the bedroom

This bedroom can sleep 4 people.

  
The Master Bathroom - Upstairs

The master bathroom off the master bedroom upstairs has a Jacuzzi tub, a shower, a double sink and a bench.

  
Second Bedroom - Downstairs

The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a bunk bed for sleeping up to 6 people. 

There is a bathroom off this bedroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

  
Third Bedroom - Downstairs

The third bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a single bed and a bunk bed for sleeping up to 7 people.

Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms

The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed for sleeping 4 people in each room.  These rooms also have a night stand and a bench.

These bedrooms share a bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

All bed linens are provided, please bring your own bath towels.

All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.  There are ceiling fans throughout the lake house.

The home has zoned central air conditioning and heating in 3 zones.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
