Only an hour southeast of Dallas/Ft. Worth is one of the nices lakes in Texas. If you enjoy lakes, you will really like Cedar Creek Lake.

This lake house has 300 feet of some of the nicest waterfront on Cedar Creek Lake. The water along the shoreline is perfect for swimming and wading.

The boat dock is equipped with an electric lift that you can use for your personal boat, or you can rent a boat locally if you do not have a boat.

The home was built in 2005 and is kept in excellent condition. It is 2,400 sq. ft designed with enjoyment of the lake in mind. It has 4 bedrooms plus a loft, and 3 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 12 people in beds.

There are views of the lake from the living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 of the bedroooms.

The large covered porch faces south providing an excellent view of the lake and nice breezes from the lake. This is the perfect place to start and end the day while having your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The grassy back yard is perfect for family games and picnics.

This is a nice, quiet part of the lake and has plenty of wild life to enjoy.

Living Room of the lake house

The living room of the lake house has large windows looking out to the lake. The large stone fireplace is a centerpiece of the room. A 42 inch TV with Satellite TV and DVD player is provided. Comfortable seating is provided with 2 recliners and a sofa.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms have a great view of the lake.

The dining area has a table with eight chairs.

The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to fix your meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

Master Bedroom - Downstairs

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed. It has a TV with satellite TV. It has a great view of the lake.

The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

Second Bedroom - Downstairs

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. It also has a great view of the lake.

Third Bedroom - Downstairs

The third bedroom has two twin beds, a crib and a rocker.

Fourth Bedroom - Upstairs

The fourth bedroom has two queen-sized beds, 2 chairs, and a TV with satellite TV. It has a nice view of the lake.

The Loft of the lake house

The loft doubles as a fifth bedroom and a play area for children. It has a day bed with a trundle for sleeping 2 people. It also has a nice view of the lake.

There are 3 full bathrooms in the lake house.

March 1 thru September 30:
$345 per night for up to 6 people
$15 per night, per person for extra persons over 6 people
Stay 5 nights & get 6th night free

October 1 thru February 28:
$325 per night for up to 6 people
$15 per night, per person for extra persons over 6 people
Stay 5 nights & get 6th night free

Holiday Weekends - $395 per night

Fee to use the boat lift: $50 per visit

There is a one time cleaning fee of $110 per stay.
2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking outdoors only - no smoking in the home
We accept major credit and debit cards.
