The lake house has 2 king-sized beds, a queen-sized
bed and bunk beds for sleeping up to 9 people in beds.
Large Fishing-Swimming Deck
Water's Edge Lake House is a modern, attractive 2
bedroom, 1.5 bath home on a very large, quiet cove of Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Texas.
It is located about an hour northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3
hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.
Water View from the Fishing/Swimming Deck
Lake LBJ is one of the largest and nicest normally
constant-level lakes in the United States and provides some of the best in boating,
waterskiing, jet-skiing and swimming. You will love Lake LBJ!
From this location you can boat several miles up Lake
LBJ all the way to the Colorado River and to the Llano River, and then you can boat up the
two rivers. There are several coves on Lake LBJ that you can explore, and a lot of
nice waterfont homes to look at on the lake.
Covered Boat Dock with Electric Lift
If you have a boat and jet skis, you can dock them in the convenient
covered docks with electric lifts. If you don't have a boat or jet skis, you can
rent them locally.
2 Covered Jet Ski Ramps with Electric Lift
A boat launch is available for your use near the lake house to launch your
boats and jet skis.
 
Large, Covered Waterfront Patio
With the fishing-swimming deck and the covered patio at the waterfront,
you can choose to relax in the shade or enjoy getting a tan in the sun.
Drop a line in the water and you just might catch your supper!
Large, Covered Porch with a Great Water View
The large covered porch has two tables with 8 comfortable chairs and a BBQ
for snacks and meals. This is a favorite spot for guests to relax and enjoy the view
and gentle lake breezes.
The porch has a pass-thru window from the kitchen to the patio for serving
meals.
The porch has speakers from the surround sound system in the home.
A second covered porch area is below the upper porch. It has a
smoker BBQ.
The large, level back yard can be used for picnics and games.
There is plenty of off street parking on the long concrete driveway.
Water's Edge Lake House was designed to get the maximum pleasure of the
lake, and offers great views of the lake from the porch, dining room, living room
and kitchen.
This modern lake house is well maintained and is kept in excellent
condition for its guests. You will really enjoy your stay in this nice home.
Living Room of the Lake House
The spacious and open living room is very comfortable. It has an
attractive stone fireplace, built-in book cases, flat screen TV with Dish Network
Satellite, and DVD and VCR players. A Surround Sound system provides music, radio,
CD and TV sound to the living room, master bedroom and porch.
Comfortable seating is provided with 2 plush recliners and a plush sofa
that has 2 built-in recliners.
Large windows on two sides of the room provide a panoramic view of the
water.
Kitchen of the Lake House
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your snacks and meals while
vacationing at the lake. It has a dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, smooth-top
cook stove, refrigerator, dinnerware, utensils, etc. All you need to bring are your
food and drinks.
The dining area is next to the family room and has a fantastic view of the
water.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a confortable king-sized bed and bunk beds with a
double below and single bed above for sleeping up to 5 people. It has a TV with Dish
Network Satellite.
The master bath has a tub/shower combination.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed.
A second bathroom is off the hallway. It is a half bath.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

We had a amazing time at the lake house. Though the weather did not support us, the
house with its amenities allowed us to have lot of relaxing time inside. The house is very
beautiful and would like to wish the owner all the very best renting it out, I am sure
