The Waters new condos, in the resort city of Horseshoe Bay, Texas have their own community swimming pool, sandy beach, tanning dock, and day docks for  boats.  This complex of quality condos is located along the waterfront of Lake LBJ and offer views of Lake LBJ.

The Waters resort consists of condos in 5 buildings.  The Waters Villa is a second floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can sleep up 6 in beds.  An inflatable mattress can sleep an additional two guests.

The Waters Villa is conveniently located 6 miles southwest of Marble Falls, 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston, Texas.

Marina next to the condo

Sit at one of the tables at the community patio, enjoying your favorite drink, while you watch the boats come and go from the marina next to the condo.  You can arrange to park your boat and jet skis at the marina.

If you don't have a boat or jet ski, you can rent them at the local marina.  The marina also has a boat launch for your boat and jet ski.

Enjoy the large patio area both during the day and evenings.   It is absolutely beautiful watching the stars and moon during the evening hours from this patio.  What a nice way to relax after a fun day on the lake.

Want to have a BBQ?  The chef in your group will love these grills!

The Waters complex of condos has a beautiful pool for residents and guests a short walk from The Waters ViIlla.

The Waters complex of condos also has day docks for boats and jet skis available on a "first come - first serve" basis.    The Waters has a very nice sandy beach along the shore of Lake LBJ is perfect for wading, swimming and sunbathing - only a short walk from The Waters Villa.

There is also a tanning dock at The Waters complex of condos.

(Rental of The Waters Villa does not include the use of Horseshoe Bay's golf courses or the resort's swimming pool.)

Covered parking is provided for one car in the building above.  There is additional parking in front of the buildings and in front of the Yacht Club.

The Waters Villa is on the second floor near this end of the building.

The spacious balcony is open and airy and allows the breeze from the lake to gently blow through.  You can enjoy this balcony during the day and evenings, too.  It is a favorite place to start and end the day at the lake.

The Waters condos were designed to maximize the enjoyment of Lake LBJ and the views of Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.  The units were well planned with quality throughout in mind.  You will really appreciate and enjoy this particular unit at The Waters.

The Living Room

The living room has a love seat and a queen-sized sleeper sofa that can sleep two guests.  There is access to the covered balcony from the living room.   A nice lake view can be enjoyed through the picture window.

The condo has WiFi highspeed Internet Access.

A wide flat-screen LCD TV with cable TV and a DVD player is in the living room.  Movies on DVD are available for your entertainment.

A stereo for use with your iPod is on the kitchen bar.

The Dining Room

The dining table seats six people.  Two additional people can sit on the bar stools at the bar at the kitchen.

The Kitchen at The Waters Villa

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake.  It has quality features like: granite counter tops, deep stainless steel sinks and modern stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice and cold water in the door, stove with oven, microwave, and a dishwasher.   Small appliances: coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and a toaster are provided.  All of the dishes, pots and pans, dinnerware, etc that you need are provided.  the only things you need to bring are your food and drinks.

  
Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king-sized sleigh bed that has a partial view of the lake.  A flat screen TV is in the armoir.  There is a ceiling fan in this room.

The large, attractive master bath has a tub/shower combination and a double sink.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two night tables, a chest of drawers, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV.

The second bathroom is a tile bath off the hallway.   It has a tub/shower combination.

An inflatable mattress can sleep two additional guests for a total of 8 people in the condo.

There are a washer and dryer and ironing board in the condo.

November thru February:
$180 per night for per night for up to 6 people
$15 per night, per person for extra persons over 6 people
Stay 5 nights & get 6th night free

March thru October:
$290 per night for per night for up to 6 people
$15 per night, per person for extra persons over 6 people
Stay 5 nights & get 6th night free

Holiday Weekends - $350 per night

There is a one time cleaning fee of $80 per stay.
2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends
