Looking
for a great vacation, reunion,
or retreat with family and friends?
Come boat, swim, waterski, jet ski, fish, canoe,
hike, bike at this waterfront lake house! There are plenty of exciting things to do
at the W6 Ski Ranch Lake House year round.

Relax in the comfort of this one half acre lakefront
piece of paradise on the fringes of the Big Thicket National Preserve in the southeast
Texas timber country.
This is the answer to the wonderful getaway that
will be fun for the whole family.

W6 Ski Ranch Lake House can comfortably sleep up to
9 people in beds in their 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake house on Lake Charmaine in the
"Ivanhoe Development - Land of Lakes" just south of Woodville in the Piney Woods
area of east Texas. Ivanhoe has been making memories for over 40 years.
The lake house is one hour north of Beaumont, one
hour south of Lufkin and 2 hours east of Huntsville, Texas.

Lake Charmaine is a slow paced, 165 acre private
community lake that is safe for the kids. The lake house has 120 feet of waterfront
on this beautiful lake. There are 4 other lakes for fishing only in Ivanhoe.

You can tie up two boats or jet skis at the fishing
dock and be out on the lake in minutes.
You can launch your boat and jet skis at a local
community park.

A large, partially shaded deck above the boat dock is a
favorite gathering place for watching the activity on the lake. There is a wooden
table and chairs and an additional stackable table and chairs for seating 10 people. There
is a cedar slab bar on the shaded deck.

The deck faces east and is shaded during the evenings providing the ideal
spot for relaxing after a busy day on the lake. No late western sun!

Lake Charmaine is a constant level lake with bulkheads entirely around the
lake. Swim and fish from their fishing pier and you can also fish from the
shore. The lake has a sandy bottom for ideal swimming and wading. The water is
about 18 inches deep near the shore for wading, and deeper farther out.

The rear lawn has a gentle slope down to the lake and can be used for
games and picnics. The trees shade portions of the shoreline from mid-afternoon on
through the evening.
