Kingsland, Texas. It doesn't get much better than this!
The lake house has a covered boat dock with electric lift, a
swimming-fishing deck with ladder, wands for an extra boat or jet ski, fishing from the
dock, wading and swimming at the shore, covered porch and patio with great lake
views, and a boat launch across the street. It has it all!
And to top it off....Lake LBJ is one of the prettiest and largest
normally constant level lakes in the entire country. You are going to love this
great lake house!
Sweet Retreat Lake House is conveniently located only about one hour
northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft.
Worth and 4 hours west of Houston, Texas.
Covered Porch facing the lake
Sweet Retreat Lake House really encourages you to enjoy
the lake! Swimming is great in this part of the lake. You can fish from the
shore or the dock. You can put a boat or jet ski on the covered boat lift and
another one held by the wands at the bulkhead, and you can be out on the lake in a couple
of minutes.
The swimming deck has a swimming
ladder. The water is great in this area of Lake LBJ!

The covered porch and deck has plenty of seating for
guests while enjoying the great views of the lake and breezes from the lake. The
deck has four chairs and a fire pit, and the porch has a table with four chairs and a
lounge. This is a favorite gathering place for guests any time of day or evening.
Sunsets are absolutely fantastic over the lake!

The side patio has seating and a BBQ for cooking the "catch of the
day."

Sweet Retreat Lake House was designed to maximize the
enjoyment of the lake. You can have a wonderful lake vacation at this
attractive lake house.
With over 1,800 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for
everyone. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps up to 12 people in a king-sized bed, a
queen-sized bed, 2 sofa beds, and 2 bunk beds with a single up and double down.
 
Extra Large Living Room
The Sweet Retreat Lake House living room is very spacious and offers great
views of the lake through large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the covered
porch overlooking the lake. It has an attractive wood-planked vaulted ceiling and
tile floor.
The living room has two sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 4 guests, 2 easy
chairs, a TV with cable and DVD player and a dining table that sits 4 people. The
table can also be used for board games, etc.
 
Two Dining Areas in the Lake House
The lake house has two dining areas, both with lake
views. The dining room seats 6 people and the area off the living room seats 4
people. The dining room also has a small computer desk and high speed Internet
access.
 
Clean, Modern, Spacious Kitchen
The cooks in your group will love this spacious
kitchen. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for making meals
and snacks while vacationing at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and
drinks.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom at the lake house
has a king-sized bed, 2 side tables, and chest of drawers. The TV has cable TV.
The master bath has double sinks and a large shower.
 
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a swivel
rocker and 2 night tables.
This room has a nice view to the lake.
Bunk Bedroom
Kids, teenagers and young adults love the Bunk Bedroom! It has two
bunk beds, both with single beds up and double beds below. The TV has cable TV and a
DVD player. The bunk bedroom can sleep up to six.
This bedroom also has a view of the lake.
The second bathroom is in the hallway near the second bedroom and the bunk
bedroom. It has a tub/shower combination.
There are ceiling fans throughout the house with a ceiling fan in each
bedroom.
The home has central air conditioning and heating.
A washer and dryer are in the utility room for your convenience.
