You will really enjoy Sunset Beach Lake House!   Kids love playing in the sand on the beach and in the shallow water near the shore. The deeper water is farther out for swimming and boating. There is even a sandy island for fun and games.

Lake LBJ is a normally constant-level lake that provides the best conditions and safety for Boating, jet skiing and water skiing.

Sunset Beach Lake House is conveniently located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas.  It is only about 15 minutes to Marble Falls, 60 minutes west of Austin,  90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston.

Enjoy the beach with beach chairs, umbrella, fire pit and gazebo.  Guests really love the beach at Sunset Beach Lake House.  You can see the famous Packsaddle Mountain on the other side of the lake from the lake house.

Guests enjoy great views of the beach and the lake from the covered porch and patio and from the gazebo near the beach.  The porch has 2 lounges, chairs and a ceiling fan.  The patio has a picnic table and BBQ.

Sit on the patio and porch to watch the ducks and soaring seagulls.  You may even spot a few wild turkeys, a bald eagle and other wildlife.

The living room of the lake house has a sofa, extra chairs, satellite TV with DVD, brick fireplace flanked by two built-in bookcases.  Games and books are furnished for your entertainment.  The floors in the lake house are all tile, painted concrete or pergo.

The lake house dining area has a large table that seats six people.  There is a great view of the beach and lake while you are dining.

The kitchen of the lake house has everything you need for making snacks and complete meals.  The kitchen has a stove, Jennair stove, microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher.  All you need to bring is your food and drinks.

The master bedroom of the lake house has a pillow-top queen-sized bed, night stands, dresser and TV.  It is decorated in a pleasing soft sand colored walls and red painted concrete..

The bathroom off the master bedroom has a tub/shower combination.

The extra room off the master bedroom has 2 single sofa beds and a great lake and beach view.

 
The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom of the lake house has a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double bed below for sleeping up to 3 people.  It also has a dresser and night stand.  More children can sleep on the floor in sleeping bags or by using air mattresses.  Kids love this room!

The second bathroom is in the hallway.  This bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The lake home can comfortably sleep two families (4 adults and 4 children).

A crib is available for smaller children if you bring your own linens for the crib.

The back yard is fenced for protection of the guests' children or pets.

Nightly Rates at Sunset Beach Lake House:

March 1 thru September 30th: 
    $275 per night for up to 6 people.....stay 5 nights & get 6th night free
    $325 per night for up to 6 people on Holiday Weekends
October 1 thru February: 
    $225 per night for up to 6 people.....stay 4 nights & get 5th night free
    $275 per night for up to 6 people on Holiday Weekends

$15 per night for extra persons over 6 people, up to 8 people maximum
There is a one time cleaning fee of $85 per stay.
2 night minimum stay
3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends

Guests wishing for longer stays will receive priority treatment for reservations made far in advance.  Reservations for June, July and August require a 4 night minimum when made well in advance.  Shorter reservations may be made available mid-Spring for June, July and August.
