This waterfront home is on one of the best lakes in Texas, Lake LBJ.  Lake LBJ is a normally constant level lake which provides the best conditions for boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, swimming and fishing.

The home is located in Sunrise Beach, Texas, only an hour northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.

Fishing Pier

There is great fishing right from the fishing pier!  Bring along your fishing gear.

Marina on the property for your boat

A covered boat dock with electric lift is provided at the marina on the property.  You can also tie up extra boats and jet skis at the dock.  If you do not have a boat or jet skis, they can be rented locally.

The property is located adjacent to another marina with fuel service, as well as a small convenience store. A boat ramp is on the property for launching your boat.

Living Room of Sunrise Cove Lake House

Sunrise Cove Lake House was designed for maximum enjoyment of the lake. It has plenty of deck space for outdoor enjoyment, and the interior is designed so that lake views can be seen from the rooms through large windows and sliding doors.

The spacious living room has a beautiful, massive, stone fireplace, lots of windows and a sliding door looking out to the lake, and plenty of seating for everyone.

Attractive pine wood walls and exposed beams in the ceiling of the lower floor add to the feel of a lakeside lodge.

The wrap-around leather section sofa has 2 recliners, and a hide-a-bed that can sleep two extra people.  There is also a very comfortable, oversized leather chair.

Satellite TV is provided in this room.

Day Bed with Trundle Bed

An alcove next to the living room has a trundle bed that can sleep two people.

Wet Bar

A covenient wet bar is next to the living room and dining area.

Dining Area

The dining table has 6 chairs.  Two additional people can sit at the bar next to the dining area.

 
Modern Kitchen at Sunrise Cove Lake House

The kitchen is light and bright and has a wall of windows facing the lake.   It has modern appliances including a Jenn Aire stove.  It has everything you need to prepare your meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake house.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

 
Master Bedroom - Upstairs

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a single bed for sleeping 3 people in this bedroom.  Sliding doors lead to the large balcony and provide a view of the lake.  Satellite TV is provided with this room.

A master bath is off this room.

Master Bath

The master bath off the master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and a shower.   This spacious bathroom has double sinks and mirrors.

  
The Second Bedroom - Upstairs

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a trundle bed for sleeping 4 people in this bedroom.

This bedroom also has sliding doors that lead to the large balcony.   They prove plenty of light and a view of the lake.

Third Bedroom - Downstairs

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and two windows that provide views of the lake.

There is a full bath off the living room and a half bath in the hallway downstairs.

A utility room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Other helpful services offered by Sunrise Cove Lake House:
The owner of the lake house will be happy to do grocery shopping for his guests at no charge, other than exactly what the groceries cost.  He can also help make reservations for activities like boat rentals (He can have boats delivered to the house for clients and picked up when they are finished), dinner reservations, and tee times at local golf courses, etc.   There is no charge for these services.
