The 1,750 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep up to 6 people in beds, and can sleep more with the use of air mattresses and sleeping bags if you bring them.

Shady Point Lake House is conveniently located about 60 minutes southeast of Dallas/Ft. Worth.  The lake house is just 5 minutes from local shopping and dining.

The extra wide channel has great swimming in water about 4 to 6 feet deep and has only a little traffic.

The lake house in on the wide channel just off the open water of Cedar Creek Lake.  You can see the open water of Cedar Creek Lake from the property and inside the lake house.

The nice shaded yard has 150 feet of waterfront.

The large covered porch is close to the water.  It has plenty of seating for everyone with a table and 4 chairs, a swing and extra chairs.

The side patio has a barbeque, fire pit, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella.  It has a nice view of the water.

Waterfront swing and birdbath

With 150 feet of waterfront you will find plenty of space to enjoy the lake.  Drop a line in the water and catch your dinner.

The back yard and the deck at the boat house have lights for evening enjoyment.

You can launch your boat at no charge at a local public boat ramp.

It is only 5 minutes away to rent jet skis and buy bait at a local marina.   Local shopping, dining and entertainment is only 5 minutes away.

Guests enjoy the wildlife at Shady Point Lake House.  Feeding the ducks is fun.  Watching the squirrels play and seeing the turtles add to the enjoyment of the lake house.

The living room has a great view of the water through windows and a sliding door that goes to the covered porch facing the water.  It has a fireplace, TV with DVD player and VCR with movies, leather sofa and love seat, easy chair, end tables, and a trunk/coffee table.

The leather sofa and love seat each have two recliners.

The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and a view of the open water of Cedar Creek Lake.

  
Kitchen of the Lake House

The kitchen has modern appliances including a microwave, 5-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice-maker.  All dishes, pots and pans, dinnerware, and everything you need to prepare your meals are provided.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

From the kitchen you have an open water of Cedar Creek Lake.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, and two end tables with lamps.

The spacious master bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

 

  
Second Bedroom of the Lake House

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, chest of drawers, and an end table with a lamp.  It also has an iron table for holding the pillows.

 

Third Bedroom of the Lake House

The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle for sleeping 2 people.   It has a TV with a DVD player, a chest and an end table and lamp.

 

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.  It is also a spacious bathroom.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Boating, jet-skiing, waterskiing, fishing and swimming
• The lake house is in one of the most convenient locations on Cedar Creek Lake within 5 minutes of WalMart, Lowes, restaurants, convenience stores, Brookshires, and a car wash.
