swimming and wading with a sandy, pebble bottom at Sandy Beach Retreat..
The lot next door is owned by the same
people and it also has a nice beach area that guests can use.
This waterfront lake house has plenty of room for
everyone! It can sleep up to 12 people in beds with 3 king-sized beds, a
single bed, 2 bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Up to 4 additional guests
can sleep on an air mattress and the sofa.
All of the rooms at Sandy Beach Retreat have great
water views!
This spacious home also has 3 bathrooms.
The Sandy Beach Retreat lake house is located on a
point on 1 1/2 acres on Cedar Creek Lake, only an hour's drive southeast of the Dallas-Ft.
Worth area.
Dock your boat on the covered boat dock with electric
lifts and you can be out on the lake in just a couple of minutes! If you don't have
a boat or jet skis, you can rent them locally on Cedar Creek Lake.
The deck above the boat dock has plenty of furniture
for your group to enjoy the beautiful lake view and gentle lake breeze as you watch the
activity on the lake.
The large, shaded yard at the lake house if perfect for
games and picnics.
The two covered porches at the lake house face the
water and have nice views of the lake.
A gas grill and 15 foot long smoker is available for
cooking your "catch of the day." A fish cleaning station with an outdoor
sink is perfect for cleaning your fish.
The porches and the deck above the boat dock are
favorite gathering places for guests to gather to get caught up on the latest news members
of your group and for dining outdoors. Visit with friends while enjoying watching
the activity on Cedar Creek Lake.
Barbeque on the Porch
After you have caught your "catch of the day"
at the boat dock or out on the boat, you can barbeque it and have it for dinner.
Fishing is good on Cedar Creek Lake at this point!

The home was designed to maximize the enjoyment of the
lake and has a nice view from each room of the home. It has Pergo flooring
throughout the home and is nicely decorated.
The Spacious Living Room of the Lake House
The sectional sofa in the living room faces a large
stone fireplace and a wall of windows with a beautiful view looking out onto the lake.
A large flat-screen TV has cable TV and a DVD
player. A couple of extra guests can sleep on the sofa and an air mattress could
accommodate 2 more guests.
Dining Area
The comfortable dining area has a granite-top table
that seats 8 people. It has a view of the lake through a large window.
Two additional people can sit at the Breakfast Bar.
Kitchen of the Lake House
The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook your
meals while vacationing at Cedar Creek Lake. All you need to bring are your food and
drinks.
The Master Bedroom
The very large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a
single bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It has a TV with cable TV and VCR.
There is a nice view of the lake from this bedroom.
Master Bath
The master bath has a tub/shower combination and a
double sink.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a king-sized and two bunk beds.
There is also a nice view of the lake from this bedroom.
This bedroom has a TV with cable TV and a DVD player.
The Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and a single
bed.
All of the bedrooms are nicely decorated, have ceiling
fans, and have plenty of space.
There are three bathrooms in the home.
A washer and dryer is provided for guests.
