Rockport Estes Paradise vacation home

The vacation rental home is located on the waterfront in Rockport, Texas, "City by
the Sea." It is just a 15 minute drive from the Port Aransas ferries and only
25 minutes from the jetties and the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Estes Flats, a famous
fishing area on Aransas Bay, is just minutes away.
The vacation rental home is only 40
minutes northeast of Corpus Christi, 2 1/2 hours southeast of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours
southwest of Houston, and 4 hours south of Austin.

Fish and swim from the dock
Pull up a chair and catch your dinner right from the
dock. A gas barbeque is ready for cooking your "Catch of the Day."
A swimming ladder is handy for guests who enjoy
swimming at the dock.

The large deck above the boat dock provides a great
view of the water and offers plenty of room for dining, sunbathing and enjoying the
waterfront atmosphere while on your vacation at Aransas Bay on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Fish Cleaning Station You can use the
covered fish cleaning station at the dock to quickly and easily clean your fish. |
The famous restaurant, "The Crab Inn," is located just
down at the end of the channel for great dining locally.
Off-street, paved parking can accommodate up to 5
vehicles and/or boat trailers on the property.
Living Room
The living room of the vacation rental home is
decorated in a sea motif with a large, beautiful sailfish on the wall. Indirect
lighting adds to the room. The large picture window and glass door provide a view of
the water. The door leads to the deck overlooking the water.
A sofa, love seat and overstuffed chair with an ottoman
provide seating. The TV has satellite TV and a DVD player.
The dining area has seating for 6 to 8 at the dining
table and an additional 4 to 6 can sit at the full bar next to the dining area.

Kitchen of the vacation rental house
The kitchen has modern appliances including a
dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster. All
you need to bring are your food and drinks.
Master Bedroom - Upstairs
The master bedroom has a full-sized bed, two night
stands and two chest of drawers and a closet.
The master bath has a tub/shower combination.
Second Bedroom - Upstairs
The second bedroom has two bunk beds with single beds
up and double beds down and can sleep up to 6 people.
Third Bedroom - Downstairs
The third bedroom can sleep up to 4 people in 2 double
beds. This room also has a microwave and a small refrigerator.
This bedroom has its own separate bath downstairs with
a shower.
A half bath is located upstairs in the vacation home.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

There is a one time cleaning fee of
$105 per stay.
