If you like tubing, canoeing, rafting and swimming in the river, you will

The Guadalupe River at The River House on the Guadalupe
The River House on the Guadalupe has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can
sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
It has great views of the river from the open deck, the screened-in porch,
the living room, dining area and all 4 bedrooms.

The River House on the Guadalupe is located in south-central Texas in
Canyon Lake, Texas. It is about 40 minutes southwest of Austin, 40 minutes northeast of
San Antonio, 3 hours west of Houston and 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth.

The open deck and the screened-in porch offer fantastic views of the
activity on the Guadalupe River at this point. These are favorite spots for guests
to relax and enjoy the view anytime of day or night.
The screened-in porch offers a panoramic view of the river.
The porch has a ceiling fan, couch, 2 chairs, rocker, table and a tile
floor. It has lights for evening activities.
The double doors from the deck go into the living room.
The Living Room of The River House
The living room of the river house has 2 sofas and a futon that makes into
a bed. The large flat-screen TV has satellite TV.
There is a view of the river from the living room. It has a wall of
windows looking out toward the river.
The living room has a beautiful ceiling fan with carved-wood palm leaf
blades. There are ceiling fans throughout the home.

Dining Area of The River House
The dining area has a great view of the river from the side windows.
It has seating for 8 people.
Kitchen of The River House
The kitchen has all modern appliances with a refrigerator, microwave,
stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, etc. The large buffet/countertop is tiled.
The 5 bar stools provide extra seating.

A convenient wine cooler is built-in to the end of the counter for chilling your wine. A
wine rack is handy near the kitchen.
Everything you need to fix your meals and snacks while vacationing at the river is
provided for you. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. |
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the river house. All of the
bedrooms have a view of the river, and they all have ceiling fans.
The First Bedroom
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, big-screen TV,
dresser, 2 night tables, chair with ottoman and a clothes butler. It has a river
view through the side window.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, a chair, chest of
drawers and a TV. The view of the river is through the side window.

The third bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, dresser with mirror, and
a view of the river from 2 windows.
The Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan, table, chest of drawers,
and a TV. This room also has a view of the river through the side window.
Both bathrooms are in the hallways, and both have a tub/shower
combination.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
