This like-new, Austin stone home has 4 bedrooms, 2
baths and can sleep up to 8 people in beds and more children can sleep on the sofas, air
mattresses and sleeping bags. The home has a lake view from inside the home and from
the spacious covered deck. A spa and barbeque grill are located on a patio of the
home.
This great vacation rental home is located in the
popular resort town of Point Venture on the north side of Lake Travis about 40
minutes north of Austin. The lake house is less than 1/2 mile from the water and
offers plenty of vacation amenities including a private waterfront park on a
peninsula with Lake Travis on both sides.
There are other community amenities the guests can
enjoy: restaurant on the water, large swimming pool with lake view, golf course and
driving range, gym/weight room, library with books and videos to check out, boat launch,
tame deer wandering from lawn to lawn, and more.

Guests can enjoy this large community pool while watching the boats go by

Guests can play golf at Point Venture's golf course and use the driving
range.
The Pier Floating Restaurant on Lake Travis
When you hear about The Pier restaurant being on the water, it is actually
floating on the water. Enjoy some of the best views of Lake Travis while you are
eating some of the best hamburgers and other meals on the north side of Lake Travis.
The community center has a library where you can borrow books and video
tapes on the honor system while staying at the Point Venture Lake House.
Tame Deer in Point Venture
You will see plenty of the tame deer wandering around the yards of
residents and near the community center.

There is a great private park for residents and
guests of Point Venture. The park is a very large park on a peninsula with Lake
Travis on both sides of the park. There is plenty of room for groups and picnics
without being crowded. The lake views at the park are fantastic. Have a picnic
while watching the boats and water-skiers on the lake.
There are several picnic tables, each with a BBQ and
great views of the lake from each table.
A covered pavilian provides seating for larger groups.
The pavilian has a fantastic view of the lake.
This is a perfect park for hiking or walking while
enjoying the water views and watching the squirrles playing in the live oak trees.
The park has a nice children's area with equipment for
the kids to play on. The children's play area is fenced by a chain link fence.
A boat launch and pier are provided for launching your
boats and jet skis.
A basket ball court is available, so bring your
basketballs.
BBQ and Spa on the Patio
The patio on the side of the home has a spa and a large
barbeque grill for you to enjoy.

The home is a beautiful, like-new home in show room
condition with wide tile flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways.
The home has plenty of light throughout with plenty of windows. It has a
beautiful wide arched entry.

The spacious living room has a sofa, love seat, stone
fireplace, large-screen plasma TV with Cable TV, DVD player, and a surround sound system.
The living room has a wall of 4 windows with a view of
the lake over the trees. A glass door leads to the deck from the living room.
 
Dining Room and Breakfast Area
There are three places for dining in the home which can
provide seating for up to 14 people. The dining room has seating for 7 people.
The breakfast area has a table with seating for 4 and has a lake view. There
are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
 
Modern Kitchen
This spacious and bright kitchen has four skylights,
plenty of cabinets, a desk and a counter with 3 stools. A center island provides
extra work area while preparing meals and snacks. The appliances are modern and in
like-new condition.
All of the dinnerware, tableware, pots and pans and
appliances are provided for your use. All you need to bring is your food and drinks.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom has a view of the lake
through the windows and the french doors that lead to the covered deck. This bedroom
has a queen-sized bed, dresser, two night tables and a ceiling fan. A high-powered
telescope is provided for viewing the wildlife and the lake.
The master bath has a separate tiled shower and a
jacuzzi tub. The master bath has his and her sinks.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers
and a night table. It has two entrances: one on one end of the room and a second
entrance that leads to the hallway where the second bath is located.
This bedroom has a nice view of the front yard.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a double bed, double dresser,
mirror, two night stands and a view of the front yard.
Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom is a delight for children with cute
twin beds. Some toys are provided with this room.
The hallways and all bedrooms are carpeted.
The second bathroom is in the hallway between two
bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination.
