This popular vacation home
is on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. It is across the driveway
from the water. From the porch of the home you can see the new Legends Golf Course
across the water. The course was designed by Tom Kite.
A boat dock with electric lift is provided with The Lake
House. A fishing pier and deck are also provided for fishing, sunbathing and
enjoying the lake.
You will enjoy the "normally
constant level" Lake LBJ for boating, jet skiing, fishing and swimming activies. Lake
LBJ is 26 miles long and is known as one of the best lakes for boating in Texas.

Visitors love sitting on the oversized deck looking out
at the lake and enjoying the gentle lake breezes. This is a great spot for your
morning coffee, evening drink and a little conversation. It is also a great place to
get caught up on your reading.

This attractive 3
bedroom home is fully furnished and has cable TV, a washer & dryer, a microwave oven,
fireplace, and a boat slip. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen is
furnished. We provide everything you need for your convenience and enjoyment. The
only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Each of our three bedrooms are nicely decorated.
Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one bedroom has two twin beds.

You will find all of our bedrooms roomy and
comfortable. They have a light and airy decor that adds to the pleasantness of your
stay. The entire home is kept immaculate for our guests.

Attractive and modern kitchen
You will find our kitchen to be immaculate and very
attractive. Everything you need for fixing and eating your meals is available
(except the food). A washer and dryer is availabe in the utility room off of
the kitchen. The home is a newer home and has modern appliances.
