Boat lift and deck for guests to use

A covered electric boat lift is provided for your boat, and a fishing pier and deck are provided for fishing and sunbathing.  The boat lift, pier and deck are located at the owners' home across the street from two vacation rental houses, and about 200 yards from The Upstairs Cottage.

These popular vacation homes are on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas.  Two of the homes are across the driveway from the water, and the third is about 200 yards from Lake LBJ.

You will enjoy the normally constant level Lake LBJ for boating, jet skiing, fishing and swimming activies. Lake LBJ is 26 miles long and is one of the best lakes for boating in Texas.

Kingsland is in the middle of the Highland Lakes Area and is an easy drive to Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake, Lake Marble Falls and the town of Marble Falls.   We are only a one hour drive from Austin, 90 minutes from San Antonio and 60 minutes from Fredericksburg. 

There are 9 golf courses in the Highland Lakes area and ample shopping at the local antique stores, gift shops and craft stores.  Kingsland is one of the most popular lake and boating recreational areas in the state of Texas.
