Oak Ridge Retreat Lake House is located on the
waterfront of a cove of Lake LBJ, one of the prettiest and largest normally constant level
lakes in the United States. It has great boating, water-skiing, jet-sking, fishing
and more.
The lake house is located in Oak Ridge Estates in
Horseshoe Bay, Texas which has not only waterfront, but also has peaceful wooded areas and
tame deer roaming the neighborhoods. Guests love the beautiful white tailed deer in
this area. What a beautiful sight to see!
The lake house is only an hour's drive northwest of
Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours
west of Houston.

The Oak Ridge Retreat Lake House has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up
to 10 people in 3 queen-sized beds and 2 daybeds with trundles.
The home has a screened-in, covered porch, a large deck, a concrete patio
and a waterfront patio area for enjoying the water. You will find plenty of seating
areas to enjoy the outdoors.

Bring your boats and jet skis and tie up at the long concrete bulkhead. If
you don't have a boat or jet ski, they can be rented locally. (The boat lift is not
available to renters.)
The waterfront concrete walkway is great for fishing and swimming.
Everyone loves the swing at the waterfront of the Oak Ridge Retreat Lake
House. It is a great way to relax at the lake.
Bring along your fishing poles and catch your dinner from the waterfront
walkway. Fishing is good in this area.

The Oak Ridge Retreat Lake House has a large deck, a concrete patio beside
it, and a screened, covered porch all facing the water.
The deck next to the patio has a picnic table and a glass top table with
four chairs.
A BBQ is provided for cooking outdoors.
The concrete patio has a picnic table and a fire ring. Guests enjoy
the fire ring in the evenings.
Screened-in, Covered Porch
The screened porch has a foosball game and chairs. This porch is a
favorite place for having your morning coffee or evening conversations while watching the
foosball games.
There are two ceiling fans in this room.
You will notice upon arrival at the Oak Ridge Retreat Lake House, that
this house was designed for maximum enjoyment of the lake. The home was designed
with an open floor plan and has plenty of space.

Living Room of the Lake House
The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs. It has a flat screen HD TV
with cable TV and DVD player. This is a very comfortable room.
The Den at the Lake House
The den has two day beds, each with a trundle for sleeping up to 4 people.
A mini pool table and TV are provided for entertainment.
Dining Area of the Lake House
The dining table can seat 8 people comfortably with 2 chairs and 2
benches.
French doors open off the dining area to the den.
 
Kitchen of the Lake House
The clean, modern kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster,
microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Everything
you need to make your snacks and meals while vacationing at the lake is provided.
All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
There are four stools at the bar in the kitchen next to the dining area.
Master Bedroom at the Lake House
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands and a
ceiling fan.
The master bath has a shower.
Second Bedroom of the Lake House
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, chest, dresser, 2 night stands
and a ceiling fan.
Third Bedroom of the Lake House
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands and a
ceiling fan.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. It is located off
the hallway.
