Covered Boat Dock with Electric Lift
Dock your boat in the covered boat dock and tie up an additional boat and jet skis next to the dock. There is plenty of space on the dock for sunbathing, fishing and relaxing by the water. Be sure to bring life jackets for the kids and yourselves.
A neighborhood boat launch is handy for launching your boat.
The water is up and the boating, water-skiing and jet-skiing are great at this location on Lake Travis.
This lakefront 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath lake house can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
Enjoy your own private waterfront and experience the serenity of the lake. At night you are in for a treat as the lights across the lake sparkle on the water and the moon and stars overhead fill you with a sense of peace and beauty.
Lago Vista Lake House is situated on 2 tree shaded lots with lots of waterfront for easy access to the water provided by a gently sloping sidewalk. These are a couple of the best lots on Lake Travis for the view and the easy access to the water.

The large upper deck provides plenty of space for outdoor dining, watching the sunset or the activity on Lake Travis. The elevated deck provides an excellent view of the lake.
Deer are very tame in Lago Vista
There is plenty of wildlife in Lago Vista. The deer can be very friendly and wander into the yard. Squirrels are fun to watch. You will enjoy the antics of the ever busy hummingbirds at the feeders near the railing.
Living Room, Dining and Kitchen with a Great View of Lake Travis
A wall of windows and French doors bring in plenty of light and lake views. The large upper deck is located off the living area.
A futon sofa in the living room can sleep two. A recliner-rocker with ottoman and an additional chair with ottoman provide comfortable seating for watching satellite TV or visiting with family and friends. A woodburning stove adds ambiance on cooler evenings.
The open, airy kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, and all the necessary pots and pans, utensils, etc. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The dining table provides seating for 6 people for meals, snacks and games. A long bar provides counter space and additional seating with 4 bar stools.
Downstairs Den or Third Bedroom

View of Lake Travis from the DenThe downstairs den/bedroom can sleep two people on a futon sofabed. French doors provide a spectacular view of Lake Travis and open to the porch and deck. The porch is a great spot to enjoy the lake and is especially pretty at night with the lighted railing.
The den also has a TV, refrigerator, table and chairs and a half bath.
The Two Upstairs Bedrooms
The two upstairs bedrooms are light and cheerful with attractive color schemes. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has a double bed. The upstairs bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a shower.
Each of the upstairs bedrooms have an additional private entrance from a balcony that runs the width of the rear of the house. Both bedrooms can also be accessed from the living area upstairs as well.
There are two sets of stairs to access the upstairs area of the home An electric chair lift provides easy access to the upper deck and living area on one set of the stairs.
There are magnificent views of Lake Travis from the patio, the lower deck, the upper deck. There are also great views from inside the home in the living room, kitchen and the den. You can not beat the million-dollar views that this home has of Lake Travis and the beautful homes across the lake. It is the ideal spot for watching the activity on the lake.

Reservations for June, July and August require a 4 night minimum when made well in advance. Shorter reservations may be made available mid-Spring for June, July and August.
