This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath waterfront lake
house in popular Oakridge Estates in Horseshoe Bay, Texas has it all: 3/4 acre
shaded lot with 100 feet of waterfront, waterfront decks for fishing, boating and
sunbathing, 2,000 sq. ft. home with a wrap-around covered deck, large covered porch facing
the water, high speed Internet access, 4 car garage, and plenty of off-street
parking. The lake house can accommodate up to 10 people.
Jet Skiing on Lake LBJ
If your group is larger and you need more space to
sleep more people, you may be able to rent this lake house and the lake house next

This lake rental house is conveniently located only
about 8 minutes from Marble Falls, 55 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San
Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 3 1/2 hours west of Houston.
Lake LBJ is normally a constant level lake and is one
of the best lakes in Texas for boating, jet skiing, waterskiing and swimming. Lake
LBJ is a very pretty lake with coves to explore and nice homes along the shore. From
this lake house you can boat 20 miles up Lake LBJ to Kingsland and from there on up the
Colorado and Llano rivers.

Oakridge Estates and Horseshoe Bay are famous for their tame
deer. It is common for deer to wander through the yard grazing on the grass and
napping under the shade trees. They are probably the tamest deer in Texas. |
Hop in your boat and let the fun begin! You are
only a few yards to open water at the end of the cove. Great fishing, boating, jet
skiing, waterskiing and other water activities can be enjoyed on Lake LBJ.
There is a boat launch nearby for launching your boat
and jet skis on Lake LBJ.

room for fishing, sunbathing and enjoying the lake. Tie up

Clean your catch of the day right at the waterfront and

Lower Porch with Barbeque Grill
Guests enjoy all of the outdoor seating places at Lazy
Oaks. The lower, covered porch is the full width of the house and faces the
water. A glider, chairs and a barbeque grill are on the porch.
 
Upper Deck with View of the Water
The spacious upper, covered deck wraps around on three
sides of the house and has a good view of the water below.
 
Upstairs Living Room and Dining Room
with Plenty of Windows to Enjoy the View
There are two living areas in the home, one upstairs
and one downstairs. The spacious upstairs living room takes advantage of the natural
light and lake views with an open, airy feeling. A woodburning earth stove, along
with a leather sofa and recliner provide a cozy atmosphere. Cable TV with DVD
provides entertainment.
The dining table seats six, and two more can be seated
at the kitchen counter on the bar stools. This is also a favorite spot for playing
cards, dominoes and board games after a fun day on the lake.
There is also seating for 10 at the two tables on the
upstairs deck just through the door from the living and dining room.

Kitchen with Modern Appliances
The modern kitchen opens to the living and dining
area. It has everything you need including: a smooth cook top stove, dishwasher,
microwave, small appliances and all the dishes, cookware and essentials for preparing
meals and snacks.
 
Downstairs Family Room
The downstairs family room has a bunk bed with a full
bed on the bottom and a twin on the top which can sleep 3 extra guests. A sofa,
recliner and 2 wicker chairs provide plenty of seating for viewing the large screen TV
with Cable TV or watching movies on DVD, or just relaxing and visiting.
A laundry room with washer and dryer are provided.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located downstairs. It has
a king-sized bed, 2 end tables, a rocking chair and large dresser. A large walk-in
closet with built-in shelving can easily accommodate all your clothing and all those
wonderful souvenirs from your shopping trips. There is a TV with Cable TV in this bedroom.
The master bath has a tub/shower combination and ample
room for getting ready for the day's activities.
Second and Third Bedrooms
The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds,
and each room has 2 windows providing natural light. There is a TV with Cable TV in
the second bedroom. These rooms are located upstairs.
A bath with a shower is located between the 2
bedrooms. A third bathroom is a half bath off the upstairs living room.
