If you like great lake scenery, boating, swimming, fishing, waterskiing or jet skiing, you will love this lake house on beautiful Lake LBJ.

Lake LBJ has been named as one of the largest normally constant level lakes in the U.S.  This provides the best in boating and water activities year-round on the lake.

Lake Crest Lake House is located on some of the prettiest waterfront on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Texas.  It is only about 50 miles northwest of Austin, 85 miles north of San Antonio, 200 miles south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 210 miles west of Houston.

This newly remodeled lake house has two living areas, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate up to 14 people in beds.

The covered, upper deck is the full width of the lake house and has a spectacular view of the lake.  Enjoy your morning coffee at the patio table while watching the boats go by. 

Use the barbeque to cook up your "catch of the day." 

Or, just relax in the hammock or lounge, enjoying the gentle lake breezes and the beautiful scenery.

Waterfront dock for fishing and swimming.

The boat lift is currently being used by the owner and is unavailable, but you can tie up your boat and jet skis at the boat dock.  

The boat dock has a deck area for swimming, fishing, and lounging at the water's edge.  There are steps into the water near the boat dock for swimming. 

Outdoor lighting and lights on the dock allow guests to enjoy the lake at night.

You can launch your boat and jet skis at the local neighborhood park that is very close.

 
Waterfront Patio

The concrete waterfront patio area has a dock for a small boat or jet ski.  Guests like using this patio for sunbathing, swimming and fishing.  It is also the perfect place to sit and enjoy the activity on the lake.

 

 
Upstairs Living Room with a great lake view

The upstairs of the home has been beautifully remodeled with ceramic tile floors throughout.  It is open, light and airy, and sparkling clean.  The raised ceiling upstairs adds to the spaciousness.

There are ceiling fans throughout Lake Crest Lake House and many of the lights have dimmers.

The living room and kitchen have a fantastic view of the lake through wall to wall picture windows.  This is really the way to enjoy the lake!

Plenty of seating is provided with a leather sofa, swivel rocker and overstuffed chair in the living room, and the 3 stools at the kitchen counter.  The TV has Direct TV and a DVD/VCR player.  The stereo has both a CD and tape player.

   
Kitchen of the Lake House

The newly remodeled kitchen has new appliances and cabinets.  The decorative tile backsplash is both practical and beautiful.  A wrap-around bar at the kitchen is a popular gathering place for guests.

The cooks in your group will enjoy the spaciousness of the kitchen and the great lake view while preparing meals and snacks.

All cooking equipment and dinnerware are provided.   You only need to bring your food and drinks.

Dining Area

The dining table has 6 chairs and a fantastic view of the lake.

 
Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with brass headboard, night stands and a large closet with mirrored closet doors. 

Both the Master Bedroom and the Second Bedroom are upstairs.

The upstairs bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms.

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed. 

 

Downstairs of the Lake House

  
Downstairs Family Room

The downstairs family room is perfect for younger adults and children.  It has a sofa bed that can sleep two people and a bunk bed with a double bed below that can sleep up to 3 people.  There is an entrance from the front of the house to the family room and a spiral staircase that goes to the upstairs living room.  A TV with Direct TV, DVD player, and a stereo are provided.

Pool Table

The pool table in the family room downstairs is a one-of-a-kind novelty with its home-made legs. Guests love this pool table!

Counter with sink

A counter with a sink and a microwave are located in the family room downstairs.  There is also a refrigerator for storing your snacks and drinks. 

A washer and dryer is available in the utility area for your use.

Downstairs - Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is a small bedroom which has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.  It has a nice view of the lake through a sliding glass door that goes out to the covered porch.

Downstairs - Fourth Bedroom

The fourth bedroom is a small bedroom which has a double futon bed.  It also has a nice view of the lake through a sliding glass door that goes out to the covered porch.

These two bedrooms are ideal for children and teenagers who will enjoy the more rustic and private rooms.

A bath with a shower is located between these two bedrooms.

April 1 thru September 30th: 
    $325 per night for up to 6 people.....stay 5 nights & get 6th night free
    $15 per nignt, per person for extra persons over 6 people

October 1 thru March 31: 
    $275 per night for up to 6 people.....stay 5 nights & get 6th night free
    $15 per nignt, per person for extra persons over 6 people

Holiday Weekends - $375 per night

There is a one time cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
2 night minimum stay August throught May
3 night minimum stay in June and July
3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends
