to the lake and the boat dock for boating, swimming, waterskiing, jet skiing and fishing.
From the moment you arrive at La Finesterra, you are
enchanted by the home's Mediterrean design with its graceful angles and curves. When
you enter through the massive mahogany doors into the soaring entry hall, you will
immediately know that you have entered a special place.

The lake house has 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths and
comfortably sleeps 10 adults.
La Finesterra is located on the north shore of Lake
Travis about 6 miles west of Lago Vista. It is about a half hour drive from Austin,
3 hour drive from Dallas/Ft. Worth, 3 hours from Houston and 2 hours from San Antonio.
Located on 170 feet of waterfront in the deeper part of
Lake Travis, this part of the lake has good water even when the lake is low. This is
one of the best boating, jet skiing and waterskiing areas of the lake.
A fun cruise that guests enjoy is boating down the lake
to the popular Carlos & Charlies waterfront restaurant. It takes about 50
minutes, and the beautiful lakefront homes along the way are a sight to see.
A boat launch is only about 3 minutes away by boat or
is about a 15 minute drive away.
Boat Dock with Fishing and Swimming Area
Bring your boat and jet skis and tie them up at the
boat dock. The boat dock has seating for fishing, swimming and lounging at the lake.
If you do not have a boat or personal watercraft, they
can be rented on Lake Travis.
Flat Creek Estate Winery is just 3 miles from the home.
They have a wine tasting room and events that you will enjoy.
Steps Down to the Boat Dock
Wow....what a view of the lake from the stairs down to
the boat dock! You can see for miles in both directions. It is spectacular!
There are 165 steps down to the boat dock.
Fire Pit with Lake View
Evenings at Lake Travis are very special, whether you
are wathcing the sunsets, gazing at the starry sky, or gathering around the gas fire
pit enjoying the company of your friends.
One of Three Patios Facing the Lake
You will find plenty of seating on the 3 patios facing
the lake. One area has a gas Weber barbeque grill, another has a fireplace and the
third is for lounging while enjoying the view.

The patio above has an outdoor fireplace and 4 chairs
that seat two people each. This is a favorite gathering place for conversations with
friends while enjoying the fireplace, and for watching the beautiful sunsets.

This lovely, beautifully designed lake house was
planned with entertaining in mind. The luxurious accommodations offer spaciousness
and ample seating for everyone in your group.
 
The Living Room has three Seating Areas
Guests can choose from three seating areas in the
living room. The TV area has satellite HDTV and comfortable leather love seats and an
ottoman/coffee table.
A second conversation area in the living room
takes advantage of the beautiful views with seating on 4 rattan wingback chairs.
There is also a bar with three bar stools in the living
room as well as bar stools at the kitchen counter.

In addition to the living room downstairs, there is
also a Rec Room upstairs.
There is a built in stereo system with an iPod dock
which has speakers on both outside patios, the dining room, and the den.
 
Upstairs Rec Room
This multi-purpose room serves as a Rec Room and
Multi-Media Room. The two futon sofas can comfortably sleep 4 children or 2 adults.
There is also room for an air mattress or sleeping bags on the floor for extra guests.

outstanding!

Attractive bay windows bring in fantastic views of the
lake, making this an enjoyable dining experience day or night. The specially designed,
circular table and banquette seating provides a cozy atmosphere and seating for 8 people.
 
Kitchen of the Lake House
This gorgeous, show-stopper kitchen is equipped with
state of the art appliances and amenities. The spacious granite island and counters
add beauty and grace to this modern kitchen.
There is ample counter space along with bar stools for
extra seating and plenty of room for the gang to hang out in the kitchen.
It is equipped with an Advantium microwave with
convection heating, a G.E. Profile stove with a pasta faucet, a separate warming drawer,
and a French door refrigerator with bottom freezer. This kitchen is a cook's dream!
 
Master Bedroom - Downstairs
La Finesterra's master bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
This bedroom is light and airy with french doors opening to a covered patio and windows
facing the lake.
The master bath has a shower and a separate tub.
The Second Bedroom - Upstairs
The second bedroom of the lake house has one of the
best views of the lake from inside the home. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and
an antique vanity dresser.

The third bedroom also has a great view of the lake.
It has a queen-sized bed.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a
rainfall showerhead.
A fourth bath with a shower is located downstairs off

Guests wishing for longer stays
will receive priority treatment for reservations made far in advance. Reservations
for June, July and August require a 4 night minimum when made well in
advance. Shorter reservations may be made available mid-Spring for June, July
and August.
