Horseshoe Bay Villas is located in Oakridge Estates in Horseshoe Bay, Texas on the south side of beautiful Lake LBJ.  The lake house is only about 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.

The lake house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living areas, and can comfortably sleep up 12 people in beds, or 14 with 2 smaller children.

Lake LBJ is one of the largest, normally constant level lakes in the United States.  With the water remaining at the same level, you have the best and safest boating, waterskiing, jet-skiing and swimming conditions.  You will love Lake LBJ, and you will love this lovely waterfront home!

Horseshoe Bay is a resort city popular for its great water on Lake LBJ. It is also well known for its great golf courses and million dollar homes on the waterfront.

Dine right near the waters edge as you enjoy the cool lake breezes and watch the boats, waterskiers and jet-skiers go by.  The waterfront deck has two tables that seat 6 and 4 people, and two chaises providing plenty of seating for watching the activity on the lake.

There is plenty of room on the dock for sunbathing and fishing.  Drop a line in the water and catch your dinner.

The porch near the dock has bead board ceiling and stairs up to the balcony.  The porch overlooks attractive stone planters on out to the lake.   Guests love to sit in the porch swing and watch the boats go by.  The porch has a ceiling fan for added breeze.

The balcony has 4 comfortable chairs with ottomans and one of the most beautiful views of Lake LBJ that you can imagine.

Dock your boat in the extra slip

There is plenty of room for tying up extra boats and jet skis.  This dock can accommodate up to 3 boats and jet skis.

You can launch your boats and jet skis at a community park only 2 blocks away.

Neighborhood Deer

One of the treats of Horseshoe Bay are the deer that live in the area.   They roam the neighborhoods, graze on the lawns, and nap under the shade trees.   Guests love seeing the peaceful deer.

After a fun day on the lake, guests love to relax in this comfy, beautiful living room with its spectacular view of the lake.  Wall to wall windows take advantage of the view, and sliding glass doors provide access to the deck overlooking the lake.

This living area definitely has the "Wow" factor!   Luxurious furnishings include a soft and comfortable sectional sofa and a stylish stone and wrought iron coffee table and artwork.  Additional seating is provided at the bar and dining area.

A large screen satellite high definition plasma TV and DVD player are provided.

The family/TV room has a leather sofa and an entertainment center with a satellite TV and DVD player.  This is a great room for the children and teenagers to watch their favorite TV shows and movies while the adults are upstairs in the living room.

  
Kitchen of the lake house

This modern, attractive kitchen makes meal preparation easy and fun! The large granite bar with 3 stools provides extra seating.  The kitchen has granite counter tops, decorative stone back-splash, and pendant lights over the counter.

The appliances are all top-of-the-line. There are double ovens, one smaller for quicker cooking, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water in the door, dishwasher, and a microwave oven. The kitchen has everything you need for making snacks and complete meals while you are at the lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

Master Bedroom of the lake house

The master bedroom suite with its style and grace reminds guests of a beautiful 5 star hotel.  Its vaulted ceiling with light portals provides a dreamy soft ambiance at evening time. 

Beautiful bed linens and a comfortable king-sized mattress insure a restfull night's sleep.  A sliding glass door provides access to the balcony and a dramatic view of the lake.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with beautiful bed linens and bed coverings, 2 chest-of-drawers, flat-screen TV with satellite TV and DVD player, and a seating area with a lake view.

  
Master Bath

This very spacious, beautifully tiled master bath has his and hers sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. A ceiling fan is a nice addition to this bathroom. The large master closet is off the bath.

Second bedroom of the lake house

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a dresser.  It has a nice view of the lake.

The second bedroom has an adjoining bath with a tub/shower combination.   The bath has a granite counter top and tiled floor.

  
The third bedroom

The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers. A TV with VCR player built in is provided.  There is a view of the lake through the side window.

  
The fourth bedroom of the lake house

The fourth bedroom is popular with the children and young adults.  It has a twin bed and a bunk bed that has a single bed up and a double bed down.  It also has a double-sized trundle bed.  This room can sleep 6 people.

There is a great view of the lake from this bedroom.

There is a bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway that bedrooms three and four share.  The bath has a granite counter top with double sinks, and tiled floors.  This bathroom is wheelchair accessable.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have wide doors and are wheelchair accessable.

All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A utility room with a washer and dryer is available for your use.
