Cove of Lake LBJ
Cove of Lake LBJ

The open water of Lake LBJ is just seconds up the cove, about 100 yards from the dock.  The cove where the lake house is located is protected from winds and waves that can make launching and docking boats difficult.   It is much easier to dock and launch the boats and jet skis in this quiet cove.

A boat launch is in the neighborhood for you to launch your boat or jet skis.

Guest Comments:

We had a FANTASTIC time swimming, boating, fishing, eating, and playing games! Thank you for sharing your lake house with us - can't wait to come back!!

Thank you for opening up your well equipped house to our two families. It was peaceful & quiet and the house had plenty of space for all to relax and have fun. We enjoyed the holiday fireworks from the front of the house! We fished and caught catfish, perch, and a bass. We enjoyed parking our boats right out back for skiing, tubing, etc in Lake LBJ. The sweet and tame deer were lovely to watch and the 4 community labs were great with the kiddos. All in all it was an enjoyable stay! Thanks for the memories. We will be back.

Besides the wine tours, we had a wonderful time with family and friends each evening - either just visiting or playing Mexican Train [Dominoes]. One of our group had fun catching MANY bluegills [and catfish and bass] from the back patio. The house was just perfect for our group.

We had a great time lounging, eating, and swimming! Thanks for opening your home to us. We enjoyed every minute.

Thanks so much for letting us use your home. It was very fun, exciting, and new trip for all of us. I mean, how awesome is it to rent a cool 3 story lake house like yours? Well, thanks once again for one of the best vacations we have every been on. Just a suggestion, get more dish towels. [update: we now have more dish towels!!]
