Lake LBJ is said to be the largest "normally
constant level" lake in the entire U.S. From The Villa you can boat up the
Llano River and the Colorado River and down Lake LBJ all the way to Horseshoe Bay 18 miles
away.
Lake LBJ is known for its great water-skiing,
jet-skiing, boating, swimming and fishing. It is a very scenic lake with beautiful lake
homes along the shore.

Guests can enjoy a panoramic view from the large deck
overlooking Lake LBJ. The view of the lake from inside the lake house is also
spectacular!
Fishing/Swimming Pier
The fishing /swimming pier has an underwater light for
night fishing. Tie up your boats and jet skis at the pier.
The bottom of the lake at this location is sandy which
is ideal for wading and swimming in the lake.
You can launch your boat at the community park just up
the street.
If you don't have a boat or jet-ski, they can be rented
locally.
The Villa is located in one of the best locations along
the shore of Lake LBJ for watching the activity on the water. Guests enjoy watching
the water-skiers and jet-skiers having fun on the lake.

The magnificent living room has an impressive 24 foot
ceiling. Five soaring windows frame the lakeside vista to create a spacious and
light-filled room.
Relax in front of the massive stone fireplace with its
built-in large-screen plasma TV while enjoying the spectacular view of the lake.
Everywhere you look in this home you will notice the
extra quality feaures, such as the beautiful stonework and the exquisite mesquite hardwood
flooring throughout the home.
Dining Area
Guests enjoy the fantastic lake view while dining at
the antique table. The table provides seating for 8.
Kitchen with spacious granite counter
The modern, open kitchen is an entertainer's delight.
Its hugh granite L-shaped island-counter is great for extra dining and
conversation. There is seating for 8 at the counter.
Top-of-the-line Viking appliances are a cook's best
friend. A large refrigerator, microwave, and all the appliances, cookware,
dinnerware, etc. are included for your convenience.
The kitchen and seating at the counter also have a
great view of the lake.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom of The Villa at Green Harbor has a
4-poster king-sized bed, mirrored dresser, leather sofa and 2 leather recliners. A
large-screen plasma TV is positioned so guests can enjoy TV while in bed. (not shown in
this photo is the room's beautiful coffered ceiling and attractive molding.
The master bath has a large ceramic tile shower,
bathtub, double sinks and a glass-brick window.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, leather chair and ottoman,
dresser, and a plasma TV.
The bath for the second bedroom has a shower/tub combination.
The Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is currently a very large office with
a queen sofa bed that can sleep two people..
The bath for the third bedroom has a shower.

Upstairs Guest Quarters
| The Upstairs Guest Quarters has its own private
quarters with its own private entrance. It
has a kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, and 2 bedrooms, each with their
own bathrooms.

This newly constructed guest quarters at The Villa at
Green Harbor are designed with you in mind. From the moment you enter the double
entry doors, you will know that you are in a special place.
The impressive stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling,
exquisite mesquite hardwood flooring, and leather sofa and oversutffed chair all convey
beauty and comfort. Quality is evident throughout the Upstairs Guest Quarters.
Gather around the fireplace for pleasant conversations
or viewing your favorite movies and shows on the TV or DVD.

There is a limited view of Lake LBJ from the living room, kitchen
and dining room. The high definition TV has DirectTV
HDTV for the very best in TV viewing.
It also has broadband high speed Internet access. |

open airy feeling.
Modern Kitchen
The kitchen is a cook's dream with all state of the art
Viking Professional appliances. The commercial refrigerator, large granite
cooktop-island, convection oven and other quality features make preparing a meal and
snacks an enjoyable experience.
The kitchen and dining area both have ceramic tile
floors.

The dining area has a beautiful wooden table with
seating for six, and has an extra leaf for additional seating.

The Two Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have beautiful queen-sized beds with
comfortable luxurious linens. One bedroom has double windows looking out onto the
courtyard. The other bedroom has a private balcony that looks out onto the courtyard
and has a limited view of the lake.
The balcony is a great spot to start your day with your
morning coffee and end your day watching the ever-changing view at the lake. At
night the stars and moonlight are spectacular.
Two Bathrooms with showers
Both bedrooms have their own private bath. Both
bathrooms have granite counter tops and tiled showers.

We loved the villa and had a wonderful vacation. The shallow swimming area was prefect for
our little ones and the kitchen was perfect to serve our family. We would love to
rent the villa again next year if it is available. We plan our vacation the last half of
July. We would like to have the boat lift again too. Please let me know
