If you are looking for a lake house for a family get-together, or a lake vacation, you have found the ideal place.

The lake house is located on 90 feet of waterfront on a very large cove of beautiful, normally constant level Lake LBJ in the resort community of Granite Shoals.   Lake LBJ is famous for its great water conditions for boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, fishing and swimming.

The cove is shallow in large areas with about 3 feet to 4 feet in depth or less which is ideal for swimming and wading.  The kids love wading and swimming in this fantastic cove.

The boat dock has a jet ski lift, and a large deck for fishing and swimming.  Tie up your boat at the dock and be out on the lake in seconds.

Bring along your jet ski and dock it in the jet ski lift. If you don't have a jet ski or a boat, they can be rented locally. A boat launch is close by for launching your boat and jet ski.

This beautiful, quiet cove is perfect for having fun with a paddle boat.   Kids and adults both like playing with the paddle boat.

The lake house has a covered balcony and covered porch the width of the home, facing the lake.  There are also lake views from inside the home in the living room, kitchen and dining area, and the living area and bedroom downstairs.

The lake house has two separate entrances.  The entrance to the downstairs is through a door in the carport, and the entrance to the upstairs is up the outside stairs to the upstairs covered balcony.

Covered Porch

Guests love sitting on the swing, enjoying the gentle lake breezes and watching the activity on the lake.  The picnic table is handy for those outdoor meals at the lake.  A barbeque/smoker is provide. 

A fire ring makes those evenings at the lake very special.  Guests love to roast marshmallows while singing their favorite songs around the fire.   Starlit nights with the moon's beautiful reflection on the lake help make memories that will be cherished for many years to come.

The large, level back yard is ideal for yard games and picnics.  Horsehoes and  washers games are available.

The balcony is another favorite gathering place for enjoying the lake breezes while watching the activity on the lake.

This two story lake house has two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs.  The upstairs of the home has a living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.  The downstairs has a living area, bedroom area and a bathroom.

The upstairs living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 people, 2 recliners, rocker, coffee and end table and a large screen TV with satellite and DVD player.

The living room has a view of the water through large windows and sliding glass door that lead to the balcony.

First bedroom upstairs

The first bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet.

Second bedroom upstairs

The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet.

The upstairs bathroom is located between the two bedrooms.  It has a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs dining area and kitchen

The dining area and kitchen are spacious.  The kitchen has all of the appliances you need including: stove, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer.  It comes completely stocked with with everything you need for preparing and eating meals and snacks while you are on vacation at the lake.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

Downstair sleeping area

There are two areas in the large open room downstairs, the sleeping area and the living area.  The sleeping area has two queen-sized beds.

The downstairs is perfect for teenagers and young adults.  They can have their own space to watch their favorite TV programs or DVDs, while the adults are upstairs.  Teenagers love the privacy of the downstairs of the lake house.

The downstairs bathroom is between the two queen-sized beds.  It has a  tub/shower combination.

To get to the upstairs from the downstairs, guests use the outside staircase.

Living area downstairs

The living area downstairs has a TV with satellite and DVD player, two rockers and other chairs.  There is a sleeper sofa for sleeping 2 more people.

The downstairs area has a great view of the lake through a large window.  The door leads out to the porch.

A lot of board games and books are available.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.
