These three houses are next door to each other and across the street, only 250 yards from the beach. Rent one house or rent two or three houses for larger groups. Two of the houses have 2 bedrooms and extra sofa beds and can sleep up to 6 people per house. The third house has 1 bedroom.All of the houses face the gulf and have views of the gulf from their decks and inside the homes.
Two of the houses are handicapped equipped.

Samantha's House
Samantha's House is located only about 250 yards from the beach in Galveston, Texas and will offer you a very exciting and memorable vacation at the beach. The house faces the beach and has a view of the gulf from the spacious deck and from inside the home.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation house has a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two additional people for a total of 6 people. One bedroom has two single beds that make into a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed.

Enjoy the gentle sea breezes and the sights and sounds of the gulf. Guests love sitting on the deck, enjoying their favorite drink, and watching the playful seagulls and the water. The deck is equally enjoyable during the day and evening.
Living Room
Samantha's House has quality features throughout. The entire house has been recently renovated with new carpet, tile, modern appliances and more.
Kitchen with counter and 3 stools
This crisp, clean, modern kitchen has decorative tile backsplash and serene blue tones that mimic the sea. The new stove with radiant heat stove-top and other modern appliances make preparing meals and snacks a breeze.

The Original Retreat is next door to Samantha's House and has the same view and is also 250 yards from the beach. This house is handicapped equipped.
Living Room
This house has a screened-in deck facing the gulf that is the perfect place to enjoy an evening after an active day at the beach. Kids love to bring their sleeping bags and spend the night on the deck enjoying the gentle sea breezes as they sleep.
This home has one bedroom and bath upstairs. The bedroom sleeps two, and extra people can sleep on the deck in sleeping bags and cots, if you bring them.

There is a partial ocean view from the deck.
The large Back Deck has plenty of seating for everyone at a table with chairs and a long bench.
The home has basic Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player, Wireless Internet, a washer and dryer, and a totally enclosed 2-car garage.
This vacation house is handicapped equipped.
