The Fun House on Lake LBJ has some of the best waterfront on Lake LBJ.  Lake LBJ is one of the largest and prettiest normally constant-level lakes in the United States and offers some of the best conditions for water sports that you can find. 

This lakefront rental house is conveniently located in Kingsland, Texas about one hour northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of Houston.

This 2,000 sq. ft. lake house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and can sleep up to 13 people in beds.

This lake house was designed to get the maximum amount of pleasure from Lake LBJ.   There is 70 feet of waterfront for you and your guests to enjoy.

The covered boat dock has an electric lift to allow you to get your boat on the water quickly and easily.

Two boat launches are just down the street from the lake house.

There are two jet ski ramps for your personal watercraft.

The fishing-swimming dock has a swimming ladder.  The water is shallow near the shore for wading and there is a second ladder at the shore.

The spacious deck above the boat dock offers a spectacular view of the lake and water activity.  You can see almost a mile in either direction on the lake.  You also have a nice view of Packsaddle Mountain across the lake.

There is a great view of the lake from the covered porch and from inside the home in the living room and one bedroom.  The covered porch goes the entire width of the lake house.

The covered back porch faces the water and has plenty of seating for people to sit on the porch and watch the activity on the lake.  The gentle breezes from the lake are enjoyable, and there are 4 ceiling fans for when the breezes are absent.

From the covered porch you can see all the way down the lake to the 2900 bridge over 1/2 mile away.  What a view!

There are 3 tables, each with 4 chairs, and two more chairs with a 4th table for seating 14 people on the covered porch facing the lake.

Cook your catch of the day on one of the BBQs or the smoker.

 

A wall of windows and double French doors in the living room provide a great view of the lake.  The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling, 2 recliners, sofa, and a TV.  There are 4 stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to make your meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

 

The dining table seats six people.  An additional 4 people can use the bar stools at the counter in the kitchen.

 

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 2 chairs, and 2 night stands. 

The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

 

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed.  It has 2 night stands, and a dresser.

This bedroom has a great view of the lake.

The second bath is in the hallway and has a tub/shower combination..

 

Kids, teenagers and young adults love the Bunk Room.  It is their own private game room and bedroom.  It has a table for board games, a refrigerator, a soft drink machine, a TV with a DVD player, and two ceiling fans..

The three bunk beds have single beds up and double beds down and can sleep as many as 9 people in this room.

The bathroom off the Bunk Room has a shower.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
