Fishing is great at the lake house!

Guests have great luck fishing from the fishing-swimming pier.  It is also fun to feed the neighborhood ducks from the pier.

Fishing-Swimming Pier and Covered Boat Lift

If you have jet skis, you can tie them up at the dock.  Dock your boat in the covered boat house with an electric lift and you can be out on the lake in a couple of minutes. 

A boat launch with boat and jet ski rentals is nearby.

The sandy bottom of the lake is great for wading and swimming.

It seems like everyone loves the swing, children and adults.  Enjoy the gentle lake breezes, the beautiful lake view, and watching the activity on the water while sitting in the swing on the back porch.

The covered porch is a favorite gathering place for the guests.  You can see some of the most beautiful sunrises over Cedar Creek Lake from the porch and from inside the lake house.

A gas barbeque grill is provided for cooking your "catch of the day."

The 1,700 square foot waterfront home was designed for maximum enjoyment of Cedar Creek Lake.

It has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a day bed and trundle for sleeping up to 6 people in beds.  Vaulted ceilings add to the roominess of the home.  It has 2 full baths.

The home has 3 TVs with cable TV, central air conditioning and heating, and ceiling fans.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, theaters and other entertainment.

Living room with lake view

The spacious living room has a love seat, 2 recliners, chair, and TV.  The large windows and sliding glass door provides a great view of the lake.

Kitchen

The kitchen also has a view of the lake.  The kitchen has modern appliances including an oven, ceramic top range, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.   Everything you need to make your meals and snacks while vacationing at the lake are provided.  All you need to bring are your food and drinks.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a TV.  This bedroom has a walk-in closet and a water view.

The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  This is an extra large bedroom with a walk-in closet.

Bedroom/Game Room

The bedroom/game room can sleep two people on the day bed with a trundle.   The game room has a view of the lake.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
