This 2 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront lake house is perfect to have a great time on beautiful Lake LJB.  It comes complete with covered boat dock with an electric lift, outdoor patios and bar-b-que.  The lake house can sleep 6 in beds and more people using sleeping bags and air mattresses.

A community park with boat launch is conveniently next door. 

The lake house is located in Granite Shoals, 50 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3.5 hours south of Dallas/Fort Worth, and 4 hours west Houston.

The boat lift is located on a short, quiet channel, only seconds from the main body of Lake LBJ.  Lake LBJ is a normally constant level lake which offers the best conditions for boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing and swimming.

Deer frequently come into the yard to graze and take advatage of the fruit when it is in season.

The spacious lot has pear, peach, lemon, fig, pecan, and lots of large shade trees.  Help yourself to fruit and pecans when in season! 

There is plenty of covered and shaded parking.

Covered Patio

Three spacious patios: one patio is covered and has a table with 4 chairs, a swing, and chimenea.  The patios have lake views. 

A BBQ is available for cooking your "catch of the day."

The living room has a large picture window and sliding doors that provide a view of the lake.  A TV with cable TV, DVD and VCR is provided.

Relax in the comfy couch or 2 plush recliners.  The sofa converts to sleep 2 guests.

The large kitchen features a bar with 2 bar stools.  Everything you need for your snacks and meals is provided.  All you need to bring is your food and drinks. 

Using the extra leaf for the dining table will provide seating for 8.

Both bedrooms have a chest of drawers, a dresser with mirrors, and two windows.  This bedroom has a double bed.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms.  It has a shower and bathtub.

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
