house on Lake LBJ, look no further. You have found it. This newly remodeled
lake house is on a large, peaceful cove of Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Texas.
The Cove on Lake LBJ is only about 7
miles from Marble Falls, an hour drive northwest of Austin, 2 hours southwest of Waco, 90
minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth and 4 hours west of
Houston.
The lake house can sleep up to 11
people in beds and a couple more on air mattresses. The home has a king-sized bed, 2
queen-sized beds, 2 bunks, one with a full-sized mattress on bottom.
Dock your boats and jet skis at the boat dock.
Guests love this super-sized boat and fishing dock.
The deck has plenty of room for everyone and is the perfect spot for swimming,
sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake.
A boat launch is just a few doors down from the lake
house where you can launch your boats and personal watercraft.
The lake house is in a no wake zone of the cove which
is great for docking boats and personal watercraft.
2 kayaks with life jackets are available for your
enjoyment.
The water near the shore is shallow enough for children
to wade and swim.
Lake LBJ is one of the largest normally constant-level
lakes in the U.S. and is ideal for water-skiing, jet-skiing, boating and fishing.
Spacious deck facing the lake
The rear deck facing the lake is a favorite gathering
spot for family and friends to visit, have snacks or meals and enjoy the lake. It is
shaded by large trees and the breeze off the lake is wonderful.

In addition to the boat and fishing dock and the large
deck facing the lake, there is also a concrete patio area at the lakefront for extra
seating and dining near the water.
The shady back yard is great for picnics and games.
Smoker/Barbeque
If you have a chef in your family that loves to
barbeque, he will be in heaven with this deluxe, double smoker/barbeque.
Some water toys and inner tubes are provided for your
use.
Living room facing the lake
The living room has a nice view of the lake through two
large windows and French doors that lead to the deck. The new wood floor and the
fireplace add to the comfort of the room. A chenile sofa, loveseat and chaise
provide seating.
The 32" TV with a DVD player and a collection of
movies can entertain you while you are resting after an exciting day on the lake. A
Playstation and games are available. Adult and children board games and a poker set
are available.
You will enjoy the freshness and cleanliness of this
newly remodeled home. It is kept in excellent condition.
The lake house kitchen
The newly remodeled kitchen has tile floors, tile
counter tops and tile back-splashes. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee pot, toaster and dishwasher. It comes completely equipped with all
dinnerware, dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to make your lake vacation
comfortable. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
Four barstools add extra seating for snacks and meals
at the large kitchen counters.
The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and is located
between the kitchen and the living room.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for
your convenience.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, a night stand
and a TV set with DVD.
The newly remodeled master bathroom has a shower with
beautiful tile.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds. It
has two windows, with a great lake view from one of the windows. This bedroom also
has a TV. This bedroom can sleep 4 adults plus a child.
A Porta Crib is provided that can be moved from room to
room for your convenience. A Pack N Play is available that can be set up if needed.
There are also toys for children at the lake house.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has 2 bunks, one with full-sized mattress on bottom. This bedroom can sleep 5 people.
Two air mattresses are available for extra guests.
 
The newly remodeled bathrooms
One bathroom of the lake house is completely new and
the other bathroom has been completely remodeled. One bathroom is in the hallway and
has a tub/shower combination. The bathroom off the master bedroom has a shower.
