We are glad you are here and hope you enjoy your stay at The Cottage at Cedar Creek Lake. A few things you need to know….
Be our GUEST!….We respectfully request that you remember you are staying in our home during your vacation or “getaway.” Please treat it with care and leave it in good condition at check out. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings in the home.
Yes, we’re in the country but we keep “inside things” inside the house!!! We do not permit towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, linens, dishes, glassware, or any furniture items to be removed from the Cottage. Please see us with any special needs you may have and we will do our best to accommodate!
We love animals but no pets are allowed inside the Cottage please! Remember you are in the woods….do not leave food items outdoors at night. Our neighborhood possum has quite an appetite on his late night strolls.
Smoke signals! Designated smoking areas with sand-filled urns for cigarette butts are located outside each door and on the deck. Please do not throw butts on the ground or in the lake.
Something’s Fishy! Please let us know if you have a good catch and we will help you with the set up for lakeside cleaning. Fish cleaning is not permitted inside the house.
Born in a barn? Please do not leave doors or windows open while the AC or heating is operating. Promptly report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to us. We reserve the right to enter the property to respond to any housekeeping or maintenance issues during your stay.
With Six you get egg rolls! With seven you get charged! Additional fees apply for additional guests regardless of where they sleep. Please refer to original rental agreement terms. An adult (over 25) must be present at all times during your stay if minors are present. Alcohol consumption by minors is not permitted on the premises.
