Cope's Lake House on Lake LBJ has 2,800 sq. ft. and can comfortably sleep three families of four in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath waterfront vacation lake house.  Parents can stay upstairs while the kids sleep downstairs in the bunk/game room. 

It is more fun when everyone can stay at the same place while on vacation.  Sisters and brothers can stay up and talk all night, and family members and friends can catch up on what has been going on in each others lives lately.

The lake house is located on the popular Llano arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas.  Lake LBJ is one of the largest and prettiest normally constant level lakes in the country and offers the very best in boating, jet-skiing, waterskiing and swimming. 

This lake rental house is only 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, and about 4 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston.

Cope's Lake House is just across the street from the Packsaddle Golf Course entrance, where non-members are welcome.

The covered deck of Cope's Lake House is a good place to sit on the glider with your morning coffee and watch the activity on the lake come to life.   Expansive views of the river can be seen from this vantage point, including views of Packsaddle Mountain across the lake.  There is also a porch below the deck with  good views of the water activity on the lake..

The view of the home in the photo above shows the many windows and sliding doors facing the lake.  The home was designed to offer great views of the lake from several rooms, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and downstairs bedroom, as well as the upper deck and porch.

Boat dock with jet ski ramps

Dock your boat on the covered boat dock with an electric lift and park your jet skis on the ramps.  If you aren't a boat or jet ski owner, you can rent boats and jet skis locally. 

Try your luck at catching your fish dinner from the boat dock or shore.  Guests also enjoy sitting on the dock just to watch the boats go by, and swimming off the dock.

The living room has great views of the water activity on the lake

The living room, with its raised ceiling, ceiling fans, and sliding glass doors creates a bright and airy atmosphere.  The living room has 2 tables with 4 chairs each for playing cards and board games, etc.  The sofa makes into a bed for an extra guest or two.  The TV has cable TV with a DVD player.

Guests enjoy watching the boating and waterskiing on the lake from the living room.

 

  
The kitchen

The spacious kitchen at Cope's Lake House has plenty of room for preparation of snacks and meals and has a breakfast table and 4 chairs.  A microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher are provided, as well as dishes and pots and pans, etc.  It is ready for those fish dinners made from the fish you catch.

 

The dining room

Cope's Lake House has plenty of seating so that everyone can sit and eat at once at the dining table, at the kitchen counter, and at the kitchen table.  Guests can enjoy watching the lake from the dining room.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bunk bed.  A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is off the master bedroom.   This bedroom faces the lake and has a great view of the water.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed and its own bathroom with a shower. 

 

  
Third Bedroom

The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bunk bed.  It also has a bathroom with a shower.

The fourth bedroom is the Bunk/Game Room.  It has 2 bunk beds, a double bed, a sofa, a foosball game, and a full-sized bathroom.  This bedroom is on the lower floor and has sliding glass doors to a porch overlooking the lake.   The TV has cable TV with a DVD player.

There is comfortable sleeping for up to 12 people in beds including the use of the sofa bed in the living room.

A washer and dryer are available for your use.
