Casa Verde Lake House is a
"like-new" home which was built in 2007. With 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 3
1/2 baths, it has plenty of room for your friends and realtives. It can comfortably
sleep up to 13 people in beds.

Casa Verde Lake House was designed for maximum
enjoyment of the lake! The lake house is located in Granite Shoals, Texas on a wide
channel less than 300 yards from a beautiful cove of popular Lake LBJ.
Lake LBJ is one of the largest normally constant-level
lakes in the U.S. and offers some of the best conditions for boating, waterskiing, jet
skiing and swimming. Lake levels are not normally a problem on Lake LBJ.
The lake house has 50 feet of waterfront where you can
dock your boat or jet skis. You can use the neighborhood boat launch for launching
boats and jet skis.

The cove is only a couple of minutes away and then on
to the open water of one of the best lakes in Texas. From this location you can boat
over to Horseshoe Bay and the dam, boat up the lake for over 15 miles, and then boat up
either the Llano River or the Colorado River for several miles.
There are a lot of interesting coves to explore and
beautiful waterfront homes along the lake.
Casa Verde Lake House is conveniently located only one
hour northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft.
Worth and about 4 hours west of Houston.
Cabana for outdoor fun
 
Everyone loves the Cabana!
The Cabana is the favorite gathering place for guests.
It has a bar with 5 stools, two tables each with 4 chairs, and an outdoor kitchen
with a refrigerator, microwave and sink.

The Cabana has two ceiling fans and seating for up to
13 people.
Fire Pit
Guests enjoy gathering around the fire pit in the
evening after an active day on the lake.
Covered Boat Dock with Electric Lift and Jet Ski Lift
You can tie up your boat and jet skis at the dock.
Ask about the availability of the boat lift and jet ski lift.
A boat launch is only a few hundred yards away at the
local park.

Waterfront Glider
Relax in the glider at the waterfront and enjoy the
activity.
Wrap-around Covered Porch
The covered porch is the full width of the home and
wraps around the house on both sides.
The photo above shows the many windows facing the
water.
The covered porch faces the water. The porch has
two ceiling fans, a table with 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a large barbeque-smoker.
The chef in your group will really like this

Living Room of the Lake House
The living room has two sofas, a chair, ottoman, a
rocker and a TV with satellite TV and DVD player.

There are several interesting decorator items in the lake house.
Dining Area
The dining table seats six people and has a nice view
toward the water. There is additional seating at the granite counter with 4 stools.
 
Kitchen of the Lake House
The kitchen is open and bright with a view to the
outside. It has granite counter tops and all modern appliances. Everthing is
supplied that you need to prepare your meals and snacks while you vacation at the the
lake. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
 
Master Bedroom - Downstairs
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser and
TV. A glass door leads out to the covered porch.
The master bath has 2 sinks, and a tub/shower
combination.
Second Bedroom - Downstairs
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser and
TV. A large picture window provides ample light to the room.
The bathroom off the second bedroom has 2 sinks and a
tub/shower combination. There is also an entrance to this bathroom from the hallway.
Third Bedroom - Upstairs
The third bedroom has bunk beds with a single bed up
and and double bed down and can sleep up to 3 people. This bedroom also has a TV and
dresser.
Fourth Bedroom:
The fourth bedroom has bunk beds that will sleep up to 5 people. This bedroom is
also upstairs. (A photo of this room will be added later.)
Bonus Room
The bonus room is at the top of the stairs between both
upstairs bedrooms. This room has bunk beds and a long cushioned seating bench.
A washer and dryer are provided in the untility room.
A half bath is off the utility room on the lower floor.
