quiet cove!
This lake house is located on Chevy
Cove, a large cove of Lake LBJ,
about one mile below the confluence of the Llano and Colorado Rivers. It
is jjust east of Kingsland, TX on Hwy 1431. Golf
courses, shopping, and lots of sights to see are all within easy access.
The lake house
is only 10 minutes from Marble Falls, about an hour northwest of Austin, 85 minutes north
of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston.
Your spacious and private lakeside deck
has 3 levels and is over 1000 sq/ft!
The property, and especially the rear deck, are nicely shaded with large
oaks, pines, and pecan trees. You will enjoy a panoramic view of Lookout Mountain and
beautiful Chevy Cove, which attracts fishermen from all over. There's plenty of
comfortable furniture on the deck for everyone. Sit back, prop up your feet, and
read, have conversations with friends, or just soak up the beauty of the lake and enjoy
the wildlife. There are birds to view, Swans a swimming, and you can have fun feeding the
ducks!

Lake LBJ awaits you!
Bring your boat and jet skis! If you don't have a
boat or jet skis, you can rent them locally,
and tie them up at the dock. A boat ramp is located just down the street making it easy to get your own boat in and
out of the water!
With about 2000 square feet of living
space, including 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for one to
three families. The lake house
can sleep up to ten people in beds.
The four corners of the house have flood
lights to make it easy to get around after dark.
Main Living Area
This quaintly decorated home comes with
a large living/dining area, and
a master suite w/bath that provide a view of the lake through three large picture windows
plus a sliding glass door that opens onto 1,000 sq. ft. of deck.
Large Screen TV in the Living Room
The library/game room comes with a PC for
games. Bring your laptop and connect to our high-speed wireless internet access, so you
can surf the web or check your email. Basic package DISH TV, DVD Player, and VCR are provided.
Guests love to gather around the antique piano and sing their favorite
songs. Is their a musician in your group?
| The kitchen comes equipped
with a gas range, oven, microwave, toaster oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and
disposal. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. |

Master Bedroom with view of the lake
The master bedroom has a wall of windows looking out over the deck on to
the lake. This bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with the use of the king-sized bed
and the futon. The room also has a table and chairs and a rocker.
The master bath has a tub/shower combination.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a
double bed, chest of drawers, night stand and rocker.
 
Third Bedroom / Computer Game Room
The third bedroom is also a computer
game room. The bedroom can sleep up to 4 people in a day bed with a trundle and a
futon bed. Both beds are sofas in the daytime and beds at night.
This room has a
computer for games, a game table with 4 chairs and a TV.
The second bathroom has
a door that opens onto the deck for easy access while swimming.
