been completely renovated with impeccable design and attention to detail throughout the
home.
 
The cozy waterfront patio overlooking the water is a
favorite place to relax. It is furnished with comfortable seating for 8, a
gas/electric BBQ grill, dining table and umbrella.
Dock your jet ski and boat just a few feet from the
patio door. A boat launch is located less than a mile away. If you don't have
a boat or jet ski, they can be rented locally.
Quiet Corner Unit
From the moment you step into the courtyard and walk
through the front door into the chic living area decorated in post-modern design, you know
you're in a special place.
Living Area
The living area with its vaulted ceiling, soft grey
walls, sleek furnishings, and original artwork, create an inviting and beautiful space to
enjoy the view of the patio and waterfront.
Comfortable seating is provided with a leather sofa,
loveseat and chair.
A flat screen TV with extended satellite service, DVD
and DVR is available in the living room and both bedrooms. An iPod dock is also
availble for your use.
 
Kitchen/Bar Area
The modern kitchen is fully equiped with
top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid dishwasher and
refrigerator, microwave, and Jenn-Air stove. The gleaming black granite countertops
with glass tile backsplash and glass front cabintry create an elegant space for meal
preparation. Entertaining is a pleasure in this kitchen.
A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Dining Area
The dining area can comfortably seat 10 people with the
use of 6 dining chairs and 4 bar stools.
Ample windows provide great views of the water from
both the dining room and living room.
 
Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and designed for comfort
with its king-sized Stearns and Foster matress and luxury linens. French doors
opening to the courtyard add a bright and airy feel to the room. The adjoining bath with its slate flooring, custom-made onyx sink, large
tiled shower with built-in bench, granite countertop and sleek hardware create a luxury,

Second Bedroom
| The second bedroom is located upstairs and has 2 double beds with
luxurious down comforters. The vaulted ceiling with upper windows and a private
patio add a spacious and airy feel. The ensuite bath has a
tub/shower combination and is fitted with Coswell and Massey bath accessories. |
