Lake Buchanan is the largest of the 6
Highland Lakes in central Texas, and is one of the most popular lakes in Texas for
fishing, boating, and swimming. The lake is 4 miles wide at this point.
Lake Buchanan is one of the few lakes
that has sandy beaches and a sandy bottom for great swimming. When the water in the
lake recedes during dry spells, at this location the beach just gets bigger and bigger!
Banta Circle has two lake houses for
rent. You can rent either one or rent both for larger groups, depending on
availability. Lake house No. 1 has sleeping for 9 in beds and lake house No. 2 has
sleeping for 10 in beds.
There are plenty of places for enjoying the outdoors, the activity on the
lake and the gentle lake breezes.
Fire Pit
The fire pit is popular with the guests. It is the perfect place for
gathering with friends and family.
The waterfront hammock is also a favorite of guests at Banta Circle.
There is an RV park behind the lake houses where some of your friends with
RVs can stay - subject to availability.

Banta Circle Lake House No. 1 is a large modular home at Banta Circle RV
Park where you can share in the resort amenities. This spacious home was designed to make
life at the lake a lot of fun without having to spend a lot of money! You will enjoy
your stay and want to come back often.
Lake House No. 1 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep 9 people in beds,
and can accommodate up to 12 people using sleeping bags and air mattresses if you bring
them. The home is a spacious home in very good condition and has plenty of room for
everyone.
Extra Large Covered Porch Facing the Lake
The large, covered, wrap-around porch is a favorite spot for guests to
relax in the shade, and to enjoy the gentle lake breezes. Nights are also very
pleasant on the porch.
Upper Deck with Swing
The upper deck has a commanding view of Lake Buchanan all the way to the
dam three miles away. The lake is 4.8 miles wide at the lake house. The house
is only about 50 feet from the lake when the lake is full.
Barbeque on the Porch
Lake Buchanan is famous for its fishing. Catch a striped bass or
catfish and cook your supper on the barbeque.
The Living Room of Lake House No. 1
Fireplace and 50" Large Screen TV
The spacious living room has a sectional sofa that makes into a bed to
sleep two people. It also has a recliner, fireplace and large flat screen TV with
satellite TV and DVD player.
There is a lake view from the living room.
Kitchen of the Lake House
The modern kitchen has everything you need for making meals and snacks
while at the lake. It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot,
etc. All you need to bring are your food and drinks.
The dining room has seating for eight at the table.
There is a nice lake view from the kitchen and dining room.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a recliner and chest of drawers
with mirror. This bedroom has a view of the lake.
The master bath has both a tub and a shower.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a double bed and a twin day bed for sleeping up to 3
people.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Banta Circle Lake House No.2
Banta Circle Lake House No. 2 is a large modular home with 1,798 sq. ft.
You can share in the resort amenities at Banta Circle RV Park while staying at this
lake house.
The lake house has two living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can sleep 10
people in beds, and can accommodate up to 15 people using sleeping bags and air mattresses
if you bring them. The home is in very good condition and has plenty of room for everyone.
The home has handicapped access.
Water View from the Large Covered Porch
The home is only about 90 feet from Lake Buchanan and has good views of
the lake from the covered porch and inside the home.
Living Room
The spacious living room has a large sofa, love seat, oversized two-person
overstuffed chair with oversized ottoman, entertainment center and a TV with Satellite TV
and DVD player. There is a view of the lake from this room.
The seating for 7 people is very comfortable in the living room.
Family Room
The spacious family room serves as extra living area in the daytime and
converts to a bedroom with sleeping for 4 in 2 comfortable daybeds with trundle beds that
pull out underneath.
Dining Room
The oak dining room table has seating for 6 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen has modern appliances and has everything you need for making
your meals and snacks while vaccation at Lake Buchanan. All you need to bring are
your food and drinks.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a kin-sized bed, a two-person rocker, table, chair,
desk. armoir and a walk-in closet.
The master bath has a double sink, garden tub and a shower.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two night stands with lamps, and
a dresser with a mirror. This room has a view of the lake.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has a queen-sized four-poster bed and two night tables.
There is a view of the lake from this room.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the second and third
bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available in Lake House No. 2.
