Milllion Dollar Lake View of Lake LBJ

Aqua Cove Lake house is located on a peninsula and has a great location on the open water of beautiful Lake LBJ.  The lake is both in the back of the lake house, and also in the front of the lake house across the street.

Lake LBJ is a very popular lake for boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, fishing and swimming in central Texas.  Lake LBJ is a normally constant level lake that is ideal for water activities.

Aqua Cove Lake house is in Granite Shoals about 6 minutes from Marble Falls, 60 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of  Dallas/Ft. Worth, and 4 hours west of Houston.

The designers of Aqua Cove Lake house took full advantage of the lake and the lake views by providing great lake views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and bedrooms.  There is no shortage of great lake views at this lake house.

  
Boat Dock with Electric Lift for Boat & Jet Ski Lift

Bring along your boat and jet skis!  The electric boat lift has been modified so that it can accommodate a pontoon boat, a regular boat or a jet ski.  A separate lift is available for a jet ski.   More boats and jet skis can be tied up at the dock. 

Boats and jet skis are also available for rent locally.

You can launch your boat at the local boat launch.

  
There is plenty of deck space for enjoying the lake

The decks are really great at this lake house!   Want to lounge in a waterfront hammock?  The hammock has its own covered, shaded area for enjoying the lake breezes while taking an afternoon nap or just relaxing by  the lake.

There is a nice swimming area with a handy swimming ladder. 

You will find plenty of seating for everyone at the waterfront decks.  There are 2 special fishing chairs, chaise lounges, lounge chairs, a picnic table that seats six, and another table that seats 4 people.

  
The Waterfront Cabana

The waterfront cabana is a comfortable, covered area with a microwave, barbeque, smoker, refrigerator, and cabinets for storing your drinks and snacks for waterfront parties.  The table and chairs and a picnic table provide seating for 10 in the cabana area.  Guests enjoy having waterfront picnics and meals in this area.

Fishing Chair and Rod Holder

If you are a fisherman, you will love this lake house!   Two chairs like the one above are provided for the people who love to fish.  There is plenty of room for everyone to fish.  Guests really enjoy the fantastic view of the lake and the gentle lake breezes as they fish.

Special Fishing Area The fishing area to the right has a railing around the area.   Lights light up the water at night to attract the fish.  It is a beautiful sight to see.
Fishermen have told the owners of the home that by their dock is some of the best fishing on the lake.  You can catch bass and catfish at their dock.

Screened-in porch

As well as having all of the waterfront deck space, there is also a covered porch looking out to the lake.  The side window on the porch can be opened to allow the gentle lake breezes to blow through the porch.

A side entrance has been added to the home with a deck offering a view of the lake.  Just inside this entrance is a bathroom for cleaning up after swimmng in the lake.  The hallway goes to the game room.

The lake house has over 2,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and an exercise room.

The living room has an upholstered sofa, a love seat, a wing back chair and a TV.  It has a great view of the lake.

The family room is very large and has large picture windows offering fantastic views of the lake.  It has a futon sofa for sleeping two guests, a TV with DVD and VCR, a foosball game, and a game table. 

There are books, board games and puzzles for evening entertainment.

 

  
The Exercise Room

The Exercise Room will let you get in all the exercise you need while vacationing at the lake.  It has a treadmill, Bowflex Ultimate 2, plus more.

 

Dining Room of the Lake House

The dining room has a table with 8 chairs and has a great view of the lake.  There is also a breakfast area by the kitchen and exercise room.

The modern kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher for your vacation at the lake.  All you need to bring is your food and drinks.

 

  
The Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, a vanity table and a telephone seat.  The master bath has a shower and tub.

  
Second and Third Bedrooms

The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized beds.  The third bedroom has a view of the lake from the front of the house.

The second bathroom is in the hallway near the second and third bedrooms.  It has a tub and a shower.

There is also a third full bathroom.

  
The Bunk Bedroom

The Bunk Bedroom has two bunk beds with double-beds on the bottom and single beds on the top.  Children and young adults really love this bedroom.  The Bunk Bedroom can sleep up to 6 people.

This room has great views of the lake from windows on three sides facing the lake.

All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels.

   
Third Bathroom

A side entrance has been added to the lake house and a third bathroom has been added just inside the entrance for cleaning up after coming in from swimming in the lake.

Nightly Rates:

March 1 thru September 30th: 
    $445 per night for up to 8 people.....stay 5 nights & get 6th night free
    $495 per night on holiday weekends for up to 8 people

October 1 thru February 28: 
    $375 per night for up to 8 people.....stay 4 nights & get 5th night free
    $425 per night on holiday weekends for up to 8 people

$15 per night for extra persons over 8 people up to 12 people maximum

There is a one time cleaning fee of $95 per stay.
3 night minimum stay during summer months
3 night minimum stay on all holiday weekends

Guests wishing for longer stays will receive priority treatment for reservations made far in advance.
